My Comments on AP European History

As one of the major AP history classes being offered, there is many misconceptions about the difficulty of AP European History, while it may not be as course heavy as AP World or AP United States History, it shouldn't be underestimated. AP European History still has a lot information that you will need to learn for the exam. But these notes have everything you need to do well in the exam. Make sure to focus on understanding each time period and bid idea, you'll be fine. But if you are interested in getting a high score, these notes will definitely help you get there.

AP European History is not as well known as the other AP history classes, but it still follows the same format as the others. You will have to know the format of the LEQ and DBQ, these notes do not provide tips for writing the LEQ or DBQ. Make sure that you are paying attention in class for writing techniques. One recommendation that I highly recommend is trying to learn the time periods for each major event, this will help you visualize what is happening around Europe during each time period. Additionally you need to also know the big ideas for each unit. This is a class that I highly discourage cramming. You'll be in good shape if you understand the time periods and big ideas, but you have to put in the extra effort needed to master the curriculum, this will push you to that 5. 

I've compiled all of the necessary information after reading the textbooks and actually sitting down for the exam. These notes will help students who may be discouraged by big textbooks or are just looking for good study resources.
